Q. How long does it take to get a custom order?

A. We hand stamp, hand paint, and treat all of the ball markers and divot tools with care. Because of this, we usually ship out our markers within 6-9 business days of receiving your order.

Q. Can I put anything on my ball marker?!

A. ALMOST anything. We use metal stamps and thats all! So we can do anything we can that we have in stock. We have many design stamps that you can choose from and of course any wording, numbers, etc. that you need!

Q. How can I get a custom logo hand stamped?

A. If you have a minimum order of 25 markers! We will get your logo and send it to our manufacturer to get the metal stamp made so we can create your custom products! If you have anymore questions about that click HERE

Q. Why is my custom ball marker changing colors?

A. Pertaining to the patina of the ball markers, copper and brass are natural materials that are quite active. What that means is that over time they will start to change appearance from the time they are milled and acclimating to environments. We think it is a really cool aspect of the custom ball markers and that they each take on their own personality. It will appear in different ways but the coloration will change a little bit. Like we said, it's a unique process with copper and brass and just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks!

Q. How do I know how many characters for my custom ball marker order?

A. 1 letter/design stamp = 1 character. Our pricing leaves it up to the integrity of the customer to add up their characters and order accordingly. If the customer asks for more characters than they pay for, Johnston Gray can request additional payment. Any character amount over the maximum allotted (30 characters) is susceptible to additional charges. FOR EXAMPLE: KEEP POUNDING (with a paw print design stamp) would be 13 characters.
